Acute is a font designed to explore the way we interact with media, and the affect this has had on our society. The internet has become an increasingly powerful source that many have become reliant on, however it has also become a tool where many of us project only what we want others to see. This makes it easy to portray a false representation of ourselves. This concept fueled the development of my typeface, where I have looked at how much can be removed from each letter so that it is still recognisable.
