2015   |  Branding campaign

The primary concept and design intent for Ploy Thai's logo was to create a visual identity and branding campaign for a company struggling to succeed in the current economic climate. I chose Ploy Thai - a Thai restaurant located in North Bondi with a tired and unappealing logo and brand that I felt needed revamping. My intention was to create a brand that appealed to the young target market while still strongly relating to the food/restaurant industry and Thai roots. Targeting young adults aged 20 - 35 in the North Bondi area, I have created branding that is modern and edgy using a vibrant and eye-catching colour scheme. The branding campaign includes 2 business card designs, a menu, letterhead, takeaway box and logo design.
